Q:   When should I expect to pay for the repair?
A:   Unless prior arrangement has been made, like most independent repairers we require payment to be
      made to our engineer at the time the completing the repair.

Q:   I know a friend of friend that used to be an engineer, why not use him?
A:   Does this person know the appliance? Does this person have any training? Is this person able to test
      that appliance for safety after repairing it? These are the questions you have to ask yourself,
      remembe appliances run using gas or 240V mains, these things can be dangerous! So the repairer
      should be CORGI registered

Q:   How do you recommend the spares?
A:   We are vendor independent and only supply and fit original spares.

Q:   How do you charge?
A:   Our company charges on hourly/job basis, this varies from job to job. You can have an initial estimate

Q:   Do you sell Appliances?
A:   Our engineers are specialist repairers and can advise on the most suitable appliances for your needs.
